We returned this afternoon from visiting my parents.  The colors were just about peaking so we picked the right weekend to visit them.  As always, we had a good time of getting away, being well fed, and watching how much Caroline loves Grandpa and Grandma.

While away I was able to catch up on some online work so I’ve been busy posting at both my Simple Living Examiner site as well as my learning blog (A Quiet Simple Learning Life).  I hit all the dollar stores in their town, looking for items to use with Caroline.  I’m always inspired by Melissa at Chasing Cheerios so I was on the lookout for a number of items that she used with her daughter.  I’ll be posting more about those in the days ahead over on my learning blog as well.
